FreeBulkEmailVerifier provides a free web-based bulk email verification tool and a separately sold desktop application. These terms explain what you can expect from each, and what we expect from you as a user. By using either product, you're agreeing to what's written below.

The free web verifier

The free tool is provided "as is," limited to 50 email addresses per batch and 100 verifications per day. These caps exist because every SMTP check involves a live connection to someone else's mail server, and keeping volume in check is what lets us offer verification for free instead of putting the whole thing behind a paywall. We may raise, lower, or otherwise adjust these limits at any time to keep the service sustainable and resistant to abuse.

No guarantee of accuracy or delivery

A result from this tool — VALID, VALID (ESTIMATED), ACCEPT-ALL, UNKNOWN, INVALID, or DISPOSABLE — reflects what our checks could confirm at the moment you ran them. It is not a promise that a future email sent to that address will actually reach an inbox. Mail servers change behavior over time, catch-all domains can hide the true status of a specific mailbox, and some large providers intentionally block or limit direct verification. We do not claim, and you should not rely on, 100% accuracy from this or any email verification tool. Treat every result as a strong signal, not a certainty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this tool to:

  • Verify email lists obtained through illegal means, including scraped, stolen, or non-consensually purchased data.
  • Harass, stalk, or target specific individuals.
  • Circumvent the batch or daily rate limits through automated scripts, multiple accounts, IP rotation, or similar abuse.

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or otherwise restrict access that we reasonably believe is abusive, without prior notice.

Desktop application & licensing

The desktop application is a separately licensed, paid product, independent of the free web tool. License terms — including the number of devices covered, expiration, and conditions under which a license can be revoked — are described at the time of purchase and inside the app itself. Pricing and refund eligibility are governed by what's shown on the purchase page at checkout, not by this document.

No warranty

Both the free tool and the desktop application are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific business requirements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the tool, its limits, or the licensing model change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
