Email addresses you submit for verification

When you use the free web verifier, the email addresses you paste in are processed to produce a result and are not written to a permanent database by this tool. They exist only in memory for the duration of your request.

Rate-limit data

To enforce the free daily limit (100 verifications/day) and prevent abuse, we store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your IP address, a server-side secret, and the current date — not your raw IP address. This hash cannot be reversed back into your IP address, and it changes every day, so it can't be used to track you across days.

License data (desktop app customers only)

If you purchase and activate the desktop application, we store: a license identifier, a hash of your license key (not the raw key), a hash of a device fingerprint (not raw device identifiers), activation timestamps, and whatever customer reference (like an order ID or email) you or we provide at purchase time. This is used solely to operate the licensing system.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious, lightweight analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g. which pages are visited, whether the tool was used). We do not send the email addresses you verify into any analytics system.

Cookies

The admin area uses a session cookie required for login to function. The public site and free tool do not require cookies to work.

Third parties

If CAPTCHA protection is enabled (Cloudflare Turnstile), your browser communicates directly with Cloudflare to complete that check, subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
